Shipping

Shipping takes 2-3 days to process. Your order will then arrive 1-5 days after processing, depending on your location. We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible!

Jack Abraham's accepts returns of unworn merchandise with tags attached within 60 days of placing your order.

Returned products cannot be used, altered, or washed. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, and accompanied by its original tags and packaging. Original shipping fees are not refundable. Customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.

Returns may take up to 5-7 days for processing once the package has been delivered. Please note that items sent back without a return authorization from returns will take longer to refund.

Any merchandise returned that does not meet our requirements will be denied. (Example: Backpack returned with damage or clear use will be returned to the customer.)
